OPEN HEARTS, OPEN MINDS, OPEN DOORS
WELCOME! WE'RE GLAD YOU'RE HERE!

Welcome to University United Methodist Church (UUMC).
You are welcome whether you are young or old; widowed, divorced, married, or single; whether you come with kids or grandkids in tow, or with loved ones who are aging or of differing abilities.
You are welcome however you identify culturally, racially or ethnically, whether you are gay, straight, lesbian, trans, queer; no matter your gender identity or expression, native tongue or immigration status.
Whether you are a life-long church member or just exploring spirituality and faith for the first time - you are a beloved child of God and you are welcome here.
Come as you are - with your faith, doubts and questions!
Your presence will be a blessing.

WORSHIP
Sundays @ 10:30 am
Weekly worship at UUMC in the era of COVID19 remains virtual. During the 35-40 minute service we pray, sing, listen to Scripture, and a message. You may view the service anytime, or join us for live viewing together Sundays at 10:30 a.m. on our Facebook page.
We celebrate the gifts of our people and invite you participate in our prerecorded worship services in many ways - by sharing your gifts of music, singing, reading scripture, praying, by sending our office photos of hope that we can include in our digital bulletin.

GROWING IN OUR FAITH
Wednesday Prayer Calls are
at noon on Zoom.
Christian Formation: Adult Sunday School (which is drop in as you are able) happens every Sunday at 11:15 a.m. on Zoom. Our Children's Ministry offers outdoor Sunday school activities every other week for your preschool through age eight children. Please check with the office for details and the schedule.
Our AntiRacism Group, which studied
I'm Still Here: Black Dignity in a World Made for Whiteness, continues to meet to help guide our church to becoming an antiracist community of faith.
Other topics for faith development or gatherings are being developed. Sign up for our weekly blast to be in the know as they are announced.
MEET WITH OUR PASTOR
During this time Pastor Michelle is available to meet you over porch visits, walks, or at our new picnic tables on our lovely lawn at University UMC. We can pick up coffee (Casey's coffee) or ice cream (Park 520) from our neighboring shops next door and meet at the picnic tables! If you are not comfortable in person outdoors, she can Zoom, FaceTime or set up a phone call.
To connect, send her an email!
